Emergencies that occur during our opening times, will be seen as soon as possible, please telephone us to advise before coming to the surgery.
Emergencies that occur outwith our opening times are seen by the dedicated out-of-hours clinic - VetsNow. They are available at all times when we are closed to see Metrovets clients and their pets requiring treatment, or to give advice over the phone.
